Services and Timelines

Vida Graphics & Marketing LLC provides services such as brand identity, print and digital creative, social media graphics, web visuals, and marketing support. Project timelines depend on scope, revision rounds, and timely feedback. Estimated delivery dates are professional targets and may shift when scope changes or client approvals are delayed.

Payment and Project Fees

Design and marketing fees are due according to the schedule in your quote, invoice, or written agreement with Vida Graphics & Marketing LLC. Deposits may be required before work begins. Third-party costs (for example stock licenses, print production, or ad spend you authorize) are billed separately unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Client Responsibilities

To keep projects on schedule, clients of Vida Graphics & Marketing LLC agree to provide accurate briefs, brand assets, content, and timely approvals. Delays in supplying materials or feedback may extend delivery dates and may affect final pricing if scope expands beyond the original agreement.
